Release Facial

Release facial is amazing for those that hold tension and fluid in their face. The treatment starts by massaging and releasing tension, followed by gua sha and lymphatic drainage to detox the body of the excess fluid. I use facial reflexology to help stimulate the lymphatic system and light therapy to stimulate blood flow & increase collagen production. The treatment finishes with a scalp release massage.

Scar Therapy

Beginning with systemic body balancing acupuncture, this treatment focuses on potentiating energy flow to release tight, painful, itchy, and hard scar tissue. A combination of techniques, as well as supporting related emotions, cultivates integration. You will receive self-care suggestions. 

Cupping

40 mins, $60

Glass fire cupping uses negative pressure, or suction, to invigorate the circulation of blood and qi, encouraging flow and ease in tense areas. The experience can be relaxing and create warmth in the body. Cupping is beneficial for sore muscles, shoulder and back pain, feeling chilled, some respiratory conditions, and some menstrual and digestive issues.

Face & Body Acupuncture

This treatment allows for better blood and lymph flow through the face and body. Increasing the circulation will increase collagen, and firmness of the muscles. The fascia is released through the scalp, face and neck, which cascades a release through the body and nervous system.
